RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Develop new business through calls, referrals, and community networking
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and renewals
- Provide excellent customer service and account support
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- P&C licensed preferred
- Ability to obtain P&C and Life/Health license
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
